Peat Shoots

I am staying at home as I have been tested positive for Corona virus. I have been wondering there is an edible plants I can tokenize. Then I found snap pea plants on the windowsill. If you grow snap peas, you are lucky. Not only peas but but the shoots are edible too. Cut the top to garnish salad and sandwiches. The early harvest before the beans makes us motivated for the upcoming gardening season. Just be careful not to take too many ;)
